Friendly staff and the owner were amazing! 🌟 Everyone here was so welcoming and awesome to us.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a gorgeous area, short walk to the ferry across the street, winery nearby, the botanical gardens in Boothbay, Camden State Park and the nearby harbor towns of Camden, Northport, Belfast, Rockport, Rockland and more, stores and restaurants and the ferry landing. The breakfast was marvellous and even with a great Expresso coffee. My room was huge & bright with an amazing view out over the water, spotless bathrooms.

The rooms are perfectly clean and have amazing views of the ocean. It offers exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent services.

The room was clean with a large bed and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and spa bathtub; the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food.

The service here was outstanding, and they have convenient on-site parking; the food served was fantastic, and the staff, including the host, were extremely helpful.

The room was stylish and spotless with all the basic amenities and an amazing view. The location is ideal and magnificent, especially for visiting Fernald's Neck Preserve. The bed and breakfast offers excellent service and is conveniently located within 19 miles of the airport.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the espresso coffee was great. The location is fantastic, with the hotel being close to Camden Hills State Park and a ferry across the street. There are also wineries, botanical gardens in Boothbay, and charming harbor towns nearby, such as Camden, Northport. Additionally, there is a Lobster Pound Restaurant within easy walking distance from the hotel.

The well decorated and updated rooms come with spotless bathrooms for hotel guests. The breakfast selection is delicious and wonderful, and they serve great espresso coffee, sweet treats, and eggs benedict. An extra special experience for summer holidays in Lincolnville.

Conveniently located near restaurants, the beach, and other attractions, with a ferry landing close by. The rooms are modern and the staff is really friendly. It's also right by the ocean, which is a big plus! 🌊

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated, and had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great for walking around Lincolnville Beach.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. From the affordable prices to the attention to detail in every aspect, it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and attractions, and the staff provided excellent service. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. We loved the view of the bay from our window and the privacy it provided for enjoying a bottle of wine with our loved ones. And let's not forget the highlight of our stay - the breakfast. The homemade courses were absolutely incredible, with a new menu every day prepared by a gourmet chef. It truly was the best breakfast we've had in all of Maine.

No improvements needed, everything was exceptional.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from a beautiful beach in Lincolnville. We loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning views. Additionally, the hotel was only a short distance from some fantastic shops in nearby Camden, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms themselves were lovely, with their own character and amazing views out over the water. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, with all the basic amenities provided. And let's not forget about breakfast - the food was delicious, and we couldn't start our day without the fantastic espresso coffee!

Delicious, fresh breakfast served in three courses. Charming decor with welcoming outdoor space. A true gem that earned a '10'!
